All dimensions and sizes provided in our product descriptions are approximate. Variances may occur due to manufacturing processes. Site to Sea Construction (STS) strives to ensure that all dimensions are as accurate as possible, but customers should allow for slight variations in the actual product.
Orders placed with STS are subject to acceptance based on inventory and capacity at the time of the order. Orders may be submitted online, by phone, or by email. We reserve the right to reject any order due to incorrect pricing, typographical errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customer's Own Material (C.O.M.) orders are accepted. Customers are responsible for providing all necessary fabric and materials, which must meet STS's manufacturing specifications. STS is not responsible for the durability, suitability, or flammability of C.O.M. materials unless specified.
STS requires a minimum order amount to ensure cost-effectiveness in manufacturing and shipping. For specific minimum order quantities, please contact our customer service team.
Payments for orders are due at the time of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. STS currently accepts cash, checks, and electronic bank transfers.
Credit card payments will soon be accepted.

All sales are final and governed by the terms outlined in this document and STS’s Terms of Service. Customers agree to review and understand these terms before placing an order.
Applicable state and local taxes will be added to each order based on the shipping destination. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by their local jurisdictions.
In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings will take place in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.
By placing an order with STS, customers agree to consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Texas. This jurisdiction clause applies to all agreements, transactions, and disputes arising from or related to STS products.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. STS reserves the right to revise pricing after this period. Any adjustments or customizations requested may result in additional charges.
STS provides a limited warranty on all products against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty duration varies by product type. Please contact customer service for specific warranty information. STS is not responsible for normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
All STS products meet applicable flammability specifications. Please contact us if specific certification is required. Flammability information for C.O.M. materials should be provided by the customer.
Partial shipments may occur based on inventory availability. STS will inform customers in advance if an order will be shipped in multiple deliveries. Shipping charges for partial shipments will not exceed the total estimated amount for the order.
If an order is ready but cannot be shipped due to customer delay, storage fees may apply. STS will store items for up to 30 days without charge. After this period, fees will be applied based on storage duration and space requirements.
STS accepts returns on certain items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Custom orders, C.O.M. items, and clearance products are non-returnable.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. Orders canceled after this period may incur fees based on the stage of production. Custom and C.O.M. orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
STS recommends regular maintenance for all products to ensure longevity. Specific maintenance instructions are provided with each product. Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.
STS’s booths are custom-built to fit specific dimensions. Customers must verify all measurements and dimensions before ordering. Custom booths are non-returnable once production has begun.
STS ensures all products are securely packaged for shipment. Upon receipt, customers should inspect products for damage. Any claims for damages or shortages must be filed with the carrier and STS within 48 hours of delivery.
STS products are classified as Class 125 for freight shipping purposes. Freight charges will be added to the customer’s invoice unless otherwise arranged. Customers should contact STS for detailed shipping estimates.
All intellectual property, including product designs and trademarks, belongs to Site to Sea Construction. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and subject to legal action.
STS retains ownership of all intellectual property rights for products, designs, and materials provided. This includes custom work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
By purchasing from STS, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This document, along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, governs all sales and transactions.
